R13 L-Tek Receiver

The Ikusi R13 L-Tek is the receiver unit for the Ikusi TM70 series of industrial radio remote control systems. It pairs with both the TM701 (6-button) and TM702 (8-button) transmitters, making it the correct replacement receiver for any TM70-based installation.

Receiver failures are the most common reason for complete system downtime on older installations. Replacing just the R13 receiver — rather than buying an entire new TM701 or TM702 system — is significantly more cost-effective when the transmitter is still in good working order. The R13 L-Tek is a direct drop-in replacement: same mounting dimensions, same wiring connections, same relay output configuration as the original unit.

The R13 uses Ikusi's L-Tek digital communication technology with frequency-hopping spread spectrum, ensuring reliable operation even in electrically noisy industrial environments. It accepts a wide input voltage range of 24-48V AC/DC, covering the most common crane panel supply voltages. Relay outputs are rated for direct contactor switching without the need for intermediate relays in most applications.

A new R13 receiver must be paired (programmed) to the existing transmitter before use. Pairing is a straightforward procedure that takes under two minutes — full instructions are included, and Lumen Electronics technical support can walk you through it if needed.
